Where are you located / do you offer virtual?
We have two Nebraska locations. Our Elkhorn office is located at 20117 Franklin Circle, Suite 100. Our Bennington office is located at 15605 Bennington Road, Bennington, NE 68007. Consultations are primarily in person, although virtual consultations may be available on a limited basis when needed.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothes. If relevant, bring any imaging or prior notes.
What happens after the consult?
If it’s a good fit, you’ll get the recommended next step (evaluation or first visit) and you can book right away.
