Customized 8-Week post-partum return to strength training program. This isn't your typical cookie cutter program you'll find online. This is a completely custom program, designed by a doctor of physical therapy, that is built around you and your goals. This personalized program helps you safely and confidently reach your goals and is designed to meet you where you're at. What's included: -1 Virtual Initial Consultation (30 minutes) to get to know you, your problem areas, and your goals -Custom programming 2x/wk via our app -1 Virtual Progress Meeting per week with your coach (15 minutes) -Access to message your coach with questions, concerns, and updates via the app If you're currently pregnant, recently had a baby, or had a baby years ago and want to safely and confidently return to lifting and exercising, this program is for you!
