Customized 8-Week strength training program to compliment your current running program. This isn't your typical cookie cutter program you'll find online. This is a completely custom program, designed by a doctor of physical therapy, that is built around you and your goals. What's included: -1 Virtual Initial Consultation (30 minutes) to get to know you, your problem areas, and your goals -Custom programming 2x/wk via our app -1 Virtual Progress Meeting per week with your coach (15 minutes) -Access to message your coach with questions, concerns, and updates via the app If you feel like you've plateaued in your running, you're not hitting the PRs you want, or you're getting injured or feel like you're on the edge of injury, this program is for you.
